Elizabeth Anne Ouellette, MD, MBA, attended the University of Texas School of Medicine at San Antonio in San Antonio, TX, and received her medical degree in 1978. Then, she served her general surgery internship at the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle, WA (1978-1979).
